Helping improve your city has never, ever been easier. Boost that good karma by helping the city of Columbus map sidewalks around town. This is a really interesting project and an opportunity to do good!

Children's birthday parties are next level compared to when I was a kid. We can't all go full Kylie Jenner and throw a $100K party for the little ones in our lives, but we can still have a pretty awesome time.

Talking Points ❀️

Shameless πŸ’Έ

The Columbus City School Board voted on Wednesday to give Nationwide Children's Hospital a 15 year, 100% tax abatement for their newly proposed for-profit gene therapy center. This follows last year's $55.4 million tax abatement for CoverMyMeds, now owned by McKesson Corporation, a company that had $208.4 billion in revenue in 2018. It would be interesting to know what it would take to get a tax abatement proposal voted down in the city of Columbus

Barbara Shermund Exhibit

Sponsored by Decorative Arts Center of Ohio: The 2020 season kicks off January 25th with the exhibition Tell Me a Story Where the Bad Girl Wins: The Life & Art of Barbara Shermund. Starting in 1925, Shermund contributed nine covers and hundreds of cartoons to the New Yorker, and later became a celebrated mainstay at Esquire. Her cartoons had a fierce and feminist electricity rarely seen in that era of male dominated cartooning. The show runs through April 26th and you can find more details right hereπŸ’₯πŸ’₯
