This is a nice idea for a day out with kids that I've never seen suggested before - the OSU airport. There's a little souvenir shop, a Brutus Buckeye statue all geared up and ready to fly, and you can watch the planes land and take off for as long as it takes a kid to get bored. Not bad!

Great work from WOSU tallying up all of the police-related settlements from the past six years in Columbus. It adds up to more than $3 million. The recently closed Vice unit was singlehandedly responsible for $785,000 in settlements just in the past year, and the highest single settlement ($780,000) was for an incident in 2016 when an officer shot a four-year-old girl in the thigh - the officer was
