Hello, Thursday! Chelsea here.

February has arrived and luckily for us, it has an extra day this year! That means that we’ll all have even more time to explore the new restaurants that have opened up around the city. From a sushi restaurant that serves up your food on a conveyor belt to a new dessert spot that offers traditional Turkish coffee to accompany your sweet treats, you’re going to want to make the most out of this month’s dining experiences. Oh, I almost forgot, there’s also an all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant to check out. Seriously, so many cool options this month. I hope you’re hungry!

🏡 Live Like It’s 1804: Columbus’ Oldest House Is Now A Short-Term Rental
I know we talk a lot about the rate at which historic properties in this city meet their demise, but I couldn’t be more excited to say that this old gem is still around, in all of her glory. Seriously, she doesn’t look a day over 150 years old!

🍺 Artificial Intelligence Meets Artisanal Brewing at Columbus’s Species X
There’s a new brewery in town, and it’s using AI to help make some exciting new beer. Species X is open now and ready to show patrons just how helpful AI can be.
