Happy Thursday! Chelsea here.
The Confluence Village project is one of the developments around Columbus that I'm the most excited about. I love the idea of building a cool community around the new Crew Stadium and I genuinely can't wait to see how it all turns out. I have a sneaking suspicion that it's going to quickly become one of the most in-demand neighborhoods in town.

These are all great, but that City Center Grand Opening video is something else. The hair in the late 80s was just so dang big.

Coronavirus Updates π
There has been another data issue
which has led to a low reported case number, but here are yesterday's numbers nonetheless: 5,409 cases, 497 new hospitalizations, and 123 new deaths. 1-in-20 Ohioans
Whether or not case numbers are complete, Ohio has reached two milestones: 1 in every 20 Ohioans has now tested positive. 1 in every 1,500 Ohioans has died. By New Year's Day, we could be 1 in 16 and 1 in 1,300, respectively.

New Ohio covid-19 data:
-584,766 cases (5,409 new)
-33,375 hospitalized (497 new)
-7,777 dead (123 new, varying dates of death)If today's data is accurate, this is a substantial reduction in new cases. I've reached out to ODH to clarify. This would be about mid-Nov levels

We really blew right past that "less than an inch" that was expected yesterday. We actually set a daily record at 2.8 inches,
[7:06 PM] A record daily snowfall amount of 2.8 inches has fallen at Columbus OH today. This breaks the old record of 1.8 inches set in 1953. Light snow is still being observed, so this record event report will be updated at the end of the day if additional accumulation occurs.

. Snow is always part headache/part delight, but yesterday's was particularly pretty with giant flakes. It's never a completely bad thing when Columbus feels like a snow globe. βοΈβοΈ
