When you think of blue holes and cenotes, you probably picture some interesting, faraway destination. But for decades, one of Ohio’s biggest tourist attractions was a seemingly bottomless cenote just a few miles from Sandusky. This unique blue hole brought travelers from all around to marvel at its cool, crystal clear waters. But now, it’s been years since it was open to the public. So what happened to it?
