Hello, Thursday! Chelsea here.
As a long-time Merion Village resident, I was surprised when I started hearing rumblings about the sale of Littleโs Village IGA on Parsons Ave. Itโs been a staple in the neighboring communities for years and like many other residents, I was anxiously awaiting the news about what would be moving into the space. Iโm happy to say that a new meat market is taking over the spot and itโs going to be a great addition to the community, as well as Downtown Columbus as a whole. So exciting!

๐จ Lost History Of Columbus: The Neil House Hotel
You all know by now that we love looking back at historic gems that have since been torn down here in Columbus. Weโd love them a lot more if they still existed, but at least we can still see these places through postcards and photographs. Neil House Hotel was iconic in every iteration, and there were three separate versions of this hotel built over time. PS: Maybe itโs just me, but the final iteration of the hotel looks so much like some mixed-use buildings you see being built around Columbus today.
