There was a stretch where it seemed Amazon was going to completely destroy physical bookstores, but it's been a wonderful and welcome surprise to see independents in Columbus making a comeback in recent years. The library is my BFF and all-time #1, but life is better with good non-chain retail stores in the mix as options. Here are our 8 central Ohio favorites.
