Hello, Thursday! Chelsea here.

It’s my birthday, which means I get to indulge in a little bit of daydreaming, and this house is the only thing on my mind. Tucked along the Olentangy River in Clintonville, this 1952 midcentury modern is pure magic. The original bathroom tiles? They have me in an absolute chokehold. Everything about it feels like stepping into a design lover’s fantasy, with just enough modern updates to keep things practical. If you’re also swooning, there’s an open house this weekend, and I highly recommend putting it on your calendar. Happy daydreaming, my friends!

šŸ“Understory Is One of Columbus’ Most Magical Spots (And I’m Mad It Took Me This Long To Go)
Some spots feel like hidden treasures, and Understory is exactly that. With incredible food, a gorgeous patio, and layers of history, it’s worth discovering even if, like me, you’re late to the party.
