The first time I remember eating Chinese food was at Sunflower on Sawmill Road. My mom worked nearby, and for little-kid me, those lunches and leftovers left a lasting impact. That restaurant quietly launched a lifelong love affair with Asian cuisine that still very much defines my ordering habits. So when I heard the space is now home to a new all-you-can-eat sushi spot, I felt oddly sentimental about it. The new spot is open now, so if you’re ready for endless sushi, you’re about to have a very good week.
