Hello, Wednesday! Chelsea here.
Is there anything better than discovering a park that feels totally magical and still somehow exists within our Metro Parks system? Clear Creek might sit 40 minutes outside Columbus, but this sprawling preserve is hands-down one of the most beautiful places you can explore in Ohio, complete with jaw-dropping cliffs, crystal-clear streams, and hikes that look like something straight out of a fantasy movie. From kid-friendly Storybook Trails to rugged climbs that lead to ice caves and legendary leaning rocks, every visit offers something new to fall in love with. We’re incredibly lucky to have this kind of wilderness in our backyard. If you haven’t made a day trip to Clear Creek yet, here’s your sign.
