Shrum Mound, roughly 2,000 years old, in 2011, before the removal of trees on top of the mound. Shrum Mound is a Native American burial mound in Campbell Memorial Park on the west side of Columbus. The mound was created by the Adena culture, a Pre-Columbian Native American culture that existed from 500 BCE to 100 CE.
