Hello, Monday! Chelsea, here.

Where has this year gone? Somehow it's already August, and while summer may be winding down, Columbus' restaurant scene definitely isn't. July brought one of the busiest stretches of openings we've seen all year, from destination restaurants and neighborhood pizza shops to coffee spots, bakeries, and even a few concepts unlike anything else in the city. If your list of places to try keeps getting longer, we're about to make it even harder to keep up. Here are the best new restaurants that deserve a spot on your August dining agenda.
