There’s a stretch of Arcadia Avenue in the Old North neighborhood that most people probably drive past without thinking twice about it. But two long-vacant brick buildings there could soon be turned into a pretty ambitious new food and drink destination, complete with rooftop seating, vendor kitchens, a courtyard hangout space, and room for events. The project has already gone through a few failed redevelopment ideas over the years, which makes this latest proposal feel especially interesting. The renderings certainly make it look like the kind of place people would end up spending an entire afternoon.
