Downtown Columbus keeps showing signs of reinvention, especially when it comes to buildings that have been around for decades. Instead of sitting empty (or just tearing them down), some longtime office spaces are being reshaped for a new chapter. One major tower along High Street is now making the shift from corporate headquarters to a mix of apartments and office space.
