This 72-Year-Old Chevy Truck Is The Cutest Little Florist In Columbus 💐
Sponsored by Decorative Arts Center of Ohio and their upcoming talk by Multidisciplinary artist Melissa Vogley Woods entitled "The Almost Lost Art of Scagliola". The talk from the visiting Professor of Art at Dennison University, will be on how she incorporates scagliola--creating surfaces that look like marble--in her work. Nothing cheers up my day quite like fresh flowers. I don't have a green thumb (despite my best efforts) so anytime I want to brighten up my home with flowers, I'm relegated to buying them from the professionals. So over the weekend, I managed to actually get up at a decent hour (like a real grown-up) and make my way down to the Farmers Market in German Village. There I found the most adorable florist in the city and bought a stunning bouquet of flowers. If you're picturing a regular flower stand or a shop, wipe that away. This is so unique and fantastic.
