Sponsored by Columbus Children's Theatre, in partnership with Short North Stage, and their new performance of West Side Story: Moving and fiercely energetic, this timeless love story set in 1950s New York City features some of the most magnificent music and exciting dancing in Broadway history. Its incandescent tale of tragedy and hope amid the violent feuding between local and immigrant gangs resonates powerfully in today’s political climate. Schiller Park is one of my favorite places in the city. Whether I'm just cutting through on my way to work or spending time there with my husband and dogs, it always brings a smile to my face. That was especially true this weekend because I got to experience something magical. Suspended sculptures have been installed throughout the park. Hanging high above the paths, these sculptures sway in the breeze, connecting nature and art in a truly unique way. I highly recommend stopping by to check out the exhibit, which will be on display through the spring.

Dreams really do come true my friends. I've been wishing that Harvest Pizzeria would miraculously return to my neighborhood, and it's actually happening. The delicious, wood-fired pizza will return to the South End, this time in the Brewery District.
