Happy Monday! Chelsea here.

I like to start each week off with something easy on the old noggin' and I'm so excited to show you all this house. Built 50 years ago, this home has aged so beautifully. It still has some of that 70s charm, but it's also got a ton of modern touches you will love. It sits on a few acres of park-like land and it seriously looks so peaceful. I don't know about you, but chill vibes sound pretty good to me these days.

A couple of weeks ago, we mentioned PLAY: Cbus, a new, indoor adventure park in Worthington. Now this place is finally open and you can go in and check it out for yourself.

This year has been a very hard one for most of us. There's absolutely no shame in admitting that you may need a little help dealing with it all. Please take care of yourself and don't forget to check in with your friends and family. ❤️

Columbus doesn't exactly have a winning record when it comes to zoning codes. I know what you're thinking, "zoning codes are not my cup of tea." But the reality is that they are so much more important than you realize.
