I hope you all made the most of the "extra" hour this weekend. I'm not a huge fan of Daylight Saving Time, but I have to admit, the extra hour of sleep was pretty fantastic. Worth a 5:30 sunset? Probably not, haha. Since all of our sleep schedules are now messed up and it's a little chilly, it seems like a great day to treat ourselves to something yummy and comforting: meatballs.
