Happy Monday! Chelsea here.

I should probably also say, Happy June! Are you all as excited for summer as I am? It's not my favorite season, but it is a close second. And while I'm excited about all the things I love most about summer in Columbus, I can't help but worry that I'm going to wish the whole season away. "Why", you ask? Because I have something I'm really looking forward to this fall. I'm so excited to announce the inaugural Columbus Yoga Festival. We've got all of the details right here. Trust me, you're going to want to see this.

Navigator Feature Story:

Navigator Originals ✏️

Take a peek at the new, second location for The Roosevelt. This new spot in the Gravity building is incredible and I can't wait to grab a cup of coffee there!

I've known for most of my life that Nina West is a tremendously talented and kind individual. Now, thanks to incredible run on RuPaul's Drag Race, Season 11, the rest of the world knows that too. Nina was named Miss Congeniality during last weeks finale, and no one could have deserved the honor more!

Talking Points ❀️

Huntington Park Ten Years Later ⚾️

WOSU recently had a two-part series looking at Huntington Park. The first article has the headline "

", which is a little bizarre given the actual story which doesn't support the headline at all. The article mentions a slight drop in ticket sales, but the rest of the article is positive, with fans talking about how much they love the park, and the county discussing how they are on track to pay off the debt taken on to build the stadium without needing to use taxpayer money.

The second article brings us up to date on efforts to redevelop Cooper Stadium. Those efforts are

. Arshot, the developer, isn't talking to anyone and hasn't moved on the project in years. The site has become a poorly maintained eyesore over the years, which is particularly disappointing given the recent real estate boom and development frenzy. One would think a lot like this, so close to downtown, and with such history, could be productive.

Blue Collar Burger Trail πŸ”

614 has released the newest installment of their "

". A mostly solid list (we're

) but some of these are really stretching the concept of "blue collar".

Saying Goodbye ⚽️

Farewell to Zach Steffen, who leaves town a Columbus sports legend. Steffen finished his career with the Crew on Saturday night (here's

) and will now be leaving for Manchester City (

- it's unknown if he will play for City this year). Steffen is on the US team, so hopefully we will get to see him again in Columbus at some point.
