Whenever I find myself questioning this wild planet we're on, I find that the best way to get in touch with my own emotions is to head out into nature. As many of us are grappling with the recent decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade, I think a little trip out into the great outdoors could be just what we all need. That doesn't mean we can't organize and fight for change, but everyone needs a chance to recharge.

Thousands of people gathered to protest over the weekend in Downtown Columbus. Several Democratic leaders held a rally on Sunday, but there were also smaller protests throughout the city that were small, but meaningful.
