Happy Monday! Chelsea here.

Welcome back to another week, my friends. Every now and then an awesome little adventure sneaks up on me and I just can't help but share it with all of you. Today's example is that there are still functioning canal boats in Ohio and you can take a ride on them! These historic waterways gave life to the shipping industry in 19th-century Ohio, and although there aren't many left, they are definitely worth visiting. It reminded me instantly of the thriving narrowboat culture in England and made me wish emphatically that we had maintained our canal systems here in Ohio instead of letting them fall into disrepair. All the more reason to cherish the ones we've got left!

It's my duty as a Hufflepuff to let everyone know that there's going to be a very fun, Harry Potter-themed gathering next weekend in Kent. Every year, the town goes all out for Wizardly Weekend and we are all invited.
