I don't know about you, but this snow kind of snuck up on me yesterday! I did have plans to go on a little adventure on Sunday, but instead, we opted to get cozy at home and catch up on some reading. (Thanks Columbus Library!) So it looks like our weekend adventure plans are getting pushed back, but that's okay because this is one road trip worth waiting for. We're heading out to explore some of the truly weird and wonderful roadside attractions around central Ohio, and I'm so excited. We've said goodbye to some incredible restaurants in the last two years and each one is sad, but this one hurts! I'm officially accepting suggestions on where to get mind-blowing pho in Columbus.
