I thought we'd kick this week off with something that would brighten our day: a delightfully delicious bakery. If you've never had the opportunity to check out Belle's Bakery, you're in for a literal and metaphorical treat. Using French techniques, this Japanese bakery is full of delectable goodies, both sweet and savory. I fell head-over-heels for their Curry donut and I am counting down the days until I get to go back and try some more goodies.
