It's been one of those weekends that you just know you'll remember for a long time. The heartbreaking Russian invasion of Ukraine has the world's attention and it can easily become overwhelming to stay up to date. While staying informed from reliable news sources is a good thing, it's also easy to get so caught up that you forget to slow down and just breathe.
