Has everyone recovered from the college football playoff disappointment?

As I told my heartbroken/angry son (boy, he does not like Alabama, a feeling I tend to share), it was a flawed but fun season. Anytime you beat Michigan and win the Big 10 that's a successful year, and USC and the Cotton Bowl will be an enjoyable consolation prize.

Onward to the week ahead. It's the holiday season, which means thoughts turn towards doing some good in the world, and Chelsea is here with some of the best volunteering options for the holiday season.
