Take a behind the scenes look at the new BrewDog hotel, the DogHouse 🍺🐶

Columbus Navigator Logo

Hello Monday. It's Chelsea.

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! I started my weekend off with a visit to the world's first craft beer hotel, aka the DogHouse at BrewDog. I've never personally been to Disney World, but my nieces, nephews, parents, and siblings assure me that it's the most magical place on earth. And from what they've told me, that's sort of how I feel about the DogHouse. It's like Disney World for craft beer lovers. There's a museum, the brewery itself, the bar, and now the hotel. The decor is gorgeous, the staff is incredibly friendly, and there are ample opportunities to put a drink in your hand. Sounds pretty dope, right? See all the gorgeous details about the new hotel below. 🍺🏨🐶

Yoga classes are getting pretty creative. But there's nothing quite like the Cave Yoga and Meditation class at Olentangy Indian Caverns. Are you ready to relax 75 feet below ground?

If you're anything like me, you probably have your very own weekly Hamilton Sing-Along. But if you want to experience Hamilton with fans who are as obsessed as we are, then you need to snag some tickets to this epic event.

Weinland Park has seen dramatic changes in the last decade. Sometimes things happen so gradually that it's hard to see the dramatic change, but it's very apparent in these before and after shots. North 6th St. is jaw dropping, and the photos only span six years.

Lakes and Lattes looks at dim sum in Columbus via a trip to Sunflower Chinese Restaurant in Dublin. A meal there looks pretty fabulous.

I'd prefer to live in a city where the police weren't always in the news, but that isn't the reality of Columbus. A female black lieutenant was recently cleared of misconduct following Chief Jacobs demoting her for having a "black militancy mindset".

 🚨

And a situation where a woman was shot in a cruiser eight times by an undercover/plain clothes officer is drawing national attention. The vice officer had blocked the young woman in by parking next to a wall, and although he is claiming he was bringing her into custody, it's an odd story given she wasn't handcuffed and was sitting in the front passenger seat.
