Happy Monday! Chelsea here.

Welcome back to another week, friends. We're kicking things off with a conversation about the most delicious fungi in Ohio: Morel mushrooms. With the warmer weather we had throughout February, many people were predicting an early arrival for morel season this year. But alas, these elusive fungi have kept us all waiting.
