Hello March!

This time of year holds the promise of renewal. As the weather warms and the days get longer, I can't help but see the possibilities that each year holds. I am reminded that we cannot renew without letting go of old habits and outgrown beliefs. As the seasons constantly change, we do too. While this last bit of Winter rolls through, I hope you are feeling rested from the opportunity to be still and energized by what is to come in Spring.

I've been learning more about Sound Healing thanks to some amazing members of our community.
