Welcome back, folks! Is it just me, or has January felt unusually long this year? I'm not sure if it's the taste of winter we've finally received, or if it's dragging on for some other reason. But I am glad that it ends soon! Sadly, that doesn't mean winter is over. But for some of you weirdos out there, that's good news. Just kidding, I love you, even if you do like the snow. Settling with Stormy 💸

Columbus PD has settled the Stormy Daniels lawsuit. The taxpayer price tag? $150,000. Columbus City Council will vote today on whether to accept that settlement. Two more lawsuits dealing with the night of her arrest are still outstanding, making it an awfully expensive strip club visit for the city.

Students from Columbus Alternative just led a media tour around their (apparently) dilapidated building. They are advocating for improvements along with a student seat on the Columbus City Schools school board. The Columbus Alternative building has outdated wiring, exposed pipes, deteriorating doors and ceiling. And bats. Bats are a problem.
