I don't know what your weekend plans are, but I hope they involve enjoying this last weekend of warm weather. I cannot wait for you guys to take a closer look at today's Dream House property. It's a unique, authentic, and one of the most interesting homes we've ever featured here at Navigator. I don't know what to love about it more, but the floating room over the koi pond is pretty darn close to the top of the list.

here is one of my local favorites

) but today brings a very cool story from a blog focused on Sears houses. The author has gotten her hands on complete documentation from a family who ordered and built a lovely Sears house (an Aurora model) in 1932. It's a wonderful little bit of Ohio history. I have to warn you, once you start looking into kit houses you start seeing noticing them all over Columbus.
