๐ป The Dopest Dive Bars in Columbus

Sponsored by the Decorative Arts Center of OhioFrom September 24 through December 31, the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio will host Ohio: The Start of it All. The exhibition will feature the many ways that the creative spirit of Ohio has changed the course of history. The Mazza Museum at The University of Findlay is home to the worldโs first and most diverse collection of original art from picture books that will present an artistic celebration of many game-changing Ohio innovations. For more information about the new exhibition, or to plan your trip, visit decartsohio.org. ๐ผ
Happy Friday! Chelsea here.
The weekend is back and it's distinctly chillier. Summer is officially over and as we move further into Autumn, it's a great time to find a cozy, close-to-home dive bar where you can grab a cheap evening beer and yell at the tv with other dive bar patrons. We love a good dive bar around here and Columbus has so many to choose from.

There are so many awesome things happening around Columbus this weekend. I literally wish I could do every thing on this list, but since I don't have superpowers, I'll have to settle for one or two. Raiders of the Lost Ark anyone?

I am such a sucker for learning "fun facts" about Ohio. I don't think that's a secret around here. So you can imagine just how excited I am about this new exhibition at the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio. I'm so ready to learn about all of the things Ohio has contributed to the world.

Sponsored by Greater Columbus Arts CouncilLaunched in 2021, Columbus Makes Art Passport is a free booklet full of wonderful things to do in Columbus during the months of September and October. It was such a hit in 2021 that it's coming back in 2022. Booklets will be available to pick up in early August. There are many returning arts stops and a few new places to visit. Once again the stickers are designed by Columbus-based artists and there are 23 unique stickers. For more info, visit columbusmakesart.com/passport.
