Happy Friday! Chelsea here.

I grew up in a household that was very game-oriented. My dad is a huge fan of board games in particular so getting a list like this is going to score me some major brownie points just in time for Christmas. If you're looking for a good place to get your table top gaming on, look no further.

Talk about walking the footsteps of legends. The Lincoln Theatre has a beautiful history and it's incredibly exciting that they're bringing this club back to life.

There are some insane open houses this go round. That Neil Avenue house has my jaw on the floor. What a gem.

Pre-Thanksgiving can be a little dead sometimes, but not this weekend. Why haven't we figured out how to be 15 places at once yet?

A New Era Coming At OSU πŸŽ“

Dr. Michael Drake, OSU president since 2014, intends to retire at the end of this academic year. If you look at OSU as a business (um) metrics have essentially all thrived under Drake's tenure. The announcement comes just after Wednesday's news that Drake would not be receiving a bonus this year. For a rundown of his achievements at OSU, as well as some of the controversies, hit one of the links below:

 Featured Property Friday πŸ‘

This adorable Hungarian Village ranch just went on the market today. You can take a sneak peek at the home before going to check it out in person at a showing this weekend. Not only is the house perfect, but so is the price. Check it out for yourself.

Goodale Park fall

Some years it feels like fall comes and goes in a blink, and even in better years it passes far too quickly. Fall 2019 has been pretty great though, as this photo from Goodale Park demonstrates so well. 🍁❀️
