Hello, Friday! Chelsea here.

Buying a home isn't always the easiest process, but I can't imagine how much more stressful it is during times like these. If you've been searching for the perfect place to call home in Columbus, we're here to help. Today we're taking a look at 7 homes around town that vary from urban lofts downtown to spacious suburban single-family homes. Even if you aren't house hunting, it's interesting to see exactly how much $350k will get a homebuyer around Columbus right now.

I love taking any opportunity to look back on Columbus. It's fascinating to see where we've been and how life looked half a century ago. Mirror Lake looked pretty freaking gorgeous back in the day!

Talking Points ❀️

Unexpected Repercussions πŸŽ“

It's difficult to wrap my head around all the ways our world is going to be different as a result of this pandemic (obviously partially because so much is still unknown) but here's an interesting one. Some local parents and children are thriving with at-home education, so much so that they are exploring their options for the fall.

Arch City

For whatever reason, I find these kinds of photos more fun now that the High St. arches have returned.
