There's No Shortage Of Fun Things To Do This Pre-4th Of July Weekend πππ

Happy Fri-yay! Tracie here.
It's finally officially summer, though it's felt like it for quite some time. And now, we're approaching the 4th of July, which, to me, really signifies the beginning of the season. Until I see an American flag bunting on someone's front porch, it just doesn't feel like summer.
So, from country music acts (aside: anyone remember Joe Diffie of "Somethin' Women Like 'Bout A Pickup Man fame?) to the Peach Truck, with a Crew match thrown in for fun, there's no shortage of summer activities to partake in this weekend.

Add that to the live music, beer, and kids activities and it's really a must visit. And if you're an artist or know someone who is, they're looking for participants. Longread William Camper searched for jobs for six years after being released from an Ohio prison in 2011. He had spent more than a decade behind bars for selling cocaine while battling his own addiction. Even after he got out, he still felt trapped. He interviewed at McDonaldβs and signed up with temp agencies that rarely sent him on assignments. He was homeless for a while, struggling to live on $20 a month, and could not pay child support for his 10 kids. Hiring managers would size him up quickly: round face, wire-frame glasses, a butterfly tattoo on his forehead. βOnce they see me with tattoos on my face, itβs basically downhill from there,β he recalled.Politico: An Ohio Startup Rebuilds Lives One Piece Of Fried Chicken At A Time
