Middle school, ugh. It’s the worst. But Greg is determined not to be at the bottom of the popularity chart. Jeff Kinney’s popular character takes center stage as Greg’s cartoon diary becomes a hilarious and heartfelt musical. Will Greg’s plans to become popular lead him to sacrifice his one true friend? Can anyone avoid the dreaded Cheese Touch? Grab a hall pass and don’t be late for an adventure familiar to anyone who actually survived middle school. For more info, please click here.
Hello, Friday! Chelsea here.
We’ve talked about some really interesting Columbus events over the years. It’s easy to get caught up in nostalgia and the futile wish of “the good old days” but honestly, the more I learn about Columbus in the 1980s, the more I begin to understand that sentiment. I cannot believe that there was a massive river festival that not only featured speed boats and water skiers but also homemade rafts (that barely stayed afloat) that participated in a race right through downtown. If you remember going to this festival, please please please, hit reply and tell me what you remember. It seems like it was a wild time!
