Our 614 Homes series visits the McNally family in Bexley 🏡

Columbus Navigator Logo

Happy Groundhog Day. It's Chelsea.

We're back with another peak inside a central Ohio family's home.

The McNally family call home an adorable 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Bexley house. The McNallys focused on maximizing storage, including custom built-in's in the basement and master suite. Their house is almost as precious as their family, and offers plenty of DIY (and, you know, non-DIY, which I personally prefer) inspiration.

Around Town 🏘Breakfast With Nick comes in with a STRONG non-breakfast recommendation: Preston's Burgers in Brewery District. If he enjoyed it this much, it's worth checking out. [Breakfast With Nick]LGBT activists around the country have started a new campaign urging Amazon to choose LGBT friendly state for their new headquarters. 31 states in the US, including Ohio, do not protect LGBT people from discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations. However, Columbus has "ordinances providing full protections from discrimination in employment and housing based on gender identity and sexual orientation" so it's a complex situation. [Columbus Business First]The Ohio Craft Beer Festival is taking place this weekend in Cleveland. It's a good time to be a craft brewer in the state, with recent cuts to federal excise taxes offering large reductions. In 2016 alone, Ohio's craft beer industry generated $2.7 billion. [WOSU]
