Happy Friday! Chelsea here.

Valentine's Day is over, but that doesn't mean we all couldn't use a fun date night. There are a lot of reasons to take advantage of date night at home right now. Between winter in general and the pandemic, going out doesn't seem all that romantic. Luckily, there are some really fun ways to have a romantic evening in.

If staying at home isn't your speed and you don't mind venturing out into the frozen tundra, I've got the perfect destination in mind. Blooms & Butterflies is my favorite exhibition at Franklin Park Conservatory every year, and it opens tomorrow! Escape to this balmy, tropical paradise and enjoy the fluttering of these adorable little creatures.

 🌳

It's hard not to get excited about this park. I love the idea of a little pocket full of nature tucked away between some downtown buildings. It's so whimsical and I can picture the Instagram moments already.

I love poké and I'll never stop being excited whenever a new place opens up in Columbus. This traditional Hawaiian staple has become hugely popular here on the mainland, and LemonShark Poké and Makai will be serving up their delicious take on the dish early next week.

Sun over Scioto

Little bit of a throwback today, but got me wondering who else out there remembers the sun? Scientists say it's still up there, behind the thick winter clouds, but can we trust them? ☀️

(We've reached the part of winter where I feel an actual physical longing when I see a photo like this.)
