Happy Friday! Chelsea here.

I don't know about you all, but I'm so ready for this weekend. Not only am I excited to hang out with some old friends, but I'm also getting to take part in something very, very cool, which I can't tell you about yet, but you will see next week. *Excitement intensifies* In the meantime, let's talk about what you're doing this weekend. Zaftig Brewing just opened up in Italian Village and you definitely need to squeeze it into your weekend plans. You can thank me later.

Navigator Originals ✏️

 πŸšβž‘️🏠

I think you all know by now that I'm a sucker for a good home renovation. But when it comes to historic homes, things can get tricky. Take a look at these projects and let us know your thoughts.

Anybody still looking for something to do this weekend? Look no further, fam.

How long do you think it would take me to move into that adorable King-Lincoln house? If you all help, I bet we could be in there by the end of the open house. Seriously though, there are some gems out there.

Talking Points ❀️

Very Worthy ❄️

Time For Kids has put out a list of the "

Rail Dreams πŸš…

It's pretty crazy to think of how close Ohio came to having passenger rail between Cincinnati-Columbus-Cleveland back in 2010. While rail efforts currently look daunting, people are still planning and pushing. This plan is very interesting, albeit awfully robust. Link is worth a click just for the proposed map.

Danger Ahead πŸ—

Columbus Landmarks does a well-known annual

every year, but problematic teardowns don't end there. At the link below you'll see four more really terrific buildings in danger of being lost forever. This is unfortunately still a city that doesn't always respect historic buildings in situations where they could be rehabbed, reused, or renovated.
