I know you are going to love this house. Gorgeous photography from Chelsea that really shows off some of the most interesting details doesn't hurt its case. My favorite parts? The kitchen and the fireplace which are both tremendous.

The Little House...

Nationwide Children's Hospital has gobbled up property all over the near east side, but the Exodus Fellowship Church on E. Fulton St. didn't sell when the hospital came knocking. The church is now dwarfed by Nationwide's new parking garage, and the pictures are really something.

More sad news from the Zoo...

The Columbus Zoo's new baby elephant, only a few weeks old, passed away on Wednesday from an infection.

If you think it's been a rainy year...

You're right. This could end up being the wettest year on record. At the moment, 2018 is firmly in second place, with 53.89" of precipitation. We are in striking distance of 2011, the wettest year on record, at 54.96".

18 holes in Berwick...

Did you know Berwick was once home to a golf course? I had no idea, but it ran from College Ave. to James Rd. Read the history - I love the Dispatch newspaper ads from 1932 selling brick homes adjacent to the golf course in the Berwick development.
