It's the freakin' weekend! Chelsea, here.

Okay, so technically we still have this last day of work to get through, but then we'll be rewarded! It's not just any weekend, it's Labor Day weekend. It's really the weekend of all weekends because, without the labor movement, we wouldn't have them at all! If you work in the service industry, please disregard my excitement for three days off in a row and know that we're grateful for you. If you do have a moment to spare this weekend, it's the perfect time to start planning out your fall calendar. Fall in Ohio can get a little busy, so be sure to leave room for at least a few of these awesome festivals! 🍂🍁

We've talked about Over the Counter in Worthington in this newsletter before, and now Breakfast With Nick has taken a visit and returned with his review. I love the concept, and the food looks great, especially the strawberry-and-donut "kebabs". [Breakfast With Nick] 🍳🥞The officer who killed 23 year old Donna Dalton a week ago was under internal investigation during the time of the shooting. In addition, a recording of the incident exists, but Columbus Police are declining to release it. [The Appeal]MLS officials were rumored to be in Columbus recently scouting stadium and practice facility locations for the Columbus Crew.
