How are you doing? It's been a whirlwind recently. I personally have gone through a very wide range of emotions in the past 48 hours.
Can we all take a deep breath together? I will wait for you.
We exist to bring people together and we want to double down on community now more than ever. I have spoken to so many friends about the fear of feeling isolated during this time, so we are creating a way for us to come together online.
We're excited to launch our first ever Digital Yoga Festival THIS SATURDAY!
A lot of Yoga Studios and wellness professionals are moving into the digital space with live-streamed classes and digital offerings right now. This event will give you a taste of what these digital studios are like. We can be together on that day even though we'll have to stay at home.
