If you’ve ever made the road trip from Columbus to Myrtle Beach, you know the pain: a seemingly neverending parade of stoplights, endless slowdowns, and the creeping realization you could’ve flown there by now. Well, there’s a plan that could change all that, a new interstate that would connect Michigan to South Carolina, passing right through Columbus. It’s called I-73, and while it sounds like a simple shortcut to the sand, it’s also a big-deal infrastructure project that could reshape parts of rural Ohio.

If you’ve got any collectors in your life, you might want to listen up! Midwest Cards has opened in the Arena District, and it combines a retail shop, bar, and event space for cards, memorabilia, and live experiences.

💦 What Happened to Ohio’s Famed Bottomless Blue Hole?
The Castalia Blue Hole used to be a must-see stop, with impossibly blue, crystal-clear water that felt almost magical. These days it’s closed to the public, but the stories and legends around this quirky Ohio spot still draw plenty of curious visitors.
