Hello, Tuesday! Chelsea here.
Around here, you know we love our history. Columbus has a bad habit of tearing down beautiful old buildings, but sometimes, their destruction is unavoidable. Before City Hall moved to it’s current location, it used to be house in a stunning Gothic building along Capitol Square. People thought it was an eyesore (to which I say, people of early 1900s Columbus, what were you thinking?) and eventually the building met a very fiery demise. P.S. When I describe it as gorgeous, I’m not being hyperbolic. It was truly a beautiful building.

🌳 Need to see something beautiful today? Head over and soak up some sun on the banks of Alum Creek at Wolfe Park. Because sometimes the best way to clear your head is with a little peace, quiet, and water that’s way too pretty to ignore.
