Gourmet meal and white wine

Still not feeling the Christmas cooking vibes? We rounded up Columbus restaurants that are open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in 2025 so you can relax, eat well, and skip the dishes.

If you grew up in Columbus, this one might hit you right in the feels. Take a walk through City Center Mall at Christmastime in 1992 with this nostalgic video full of twinkling lights, holiday music, and peak 90s vibes. Fair warning, you may spot a familiar face or two.

Itโ€™s baaaaccckkk and just as magical as ever. The Huntington Holiday Train has returned to the Main Library, filling the atrium with miniature trains, snowy details, and serious holiday charm. This beloved Columbus tradition is on display through Jan. 8, 2026 and itโ€™s the perfect excuse for a festive downtown stop.

Columbus Navigator supports Mid-Ohio Food Collective this holiday season!
While many of us gather around tables filled with food and laughter, thousands of families in our community are going without. Together, we can change that. Support the Holiday Meals Campaign and help provide comfort, nourishment, and hope to families in need. For every $1 donated, Mid-Ohio Food Collective can provide up to 2.5 meals. If youโ€™d like to donate, please click here.
