Big things are starting to happen downtown, and one long-awaited project is finally moving forward. The Capital Line, a two-mile path designed to make it easier to walk and bike through the heart of the city, is officially in motion. It’s been in the works for a while, but now it’s starting to feel real. Once it’s complete, it’ll connect some of Downtown’s most popular spots in a whole new way.
