Big changes could be in the works for Worthington. Crawford Hoying, the developer behind Bridge Park, wants to replace an aging office complex on West Wilson Bridge Road with a neighborhood that includes apartments, condos, restaurants, shops, offices, and a hotel. It's a big idea, and one that speaks to a larger trend happening around central Ohio as older office parks find new life. The proposal is just getting its first public review, but it's already shaping up to be one of the most significant development projects Worthington has seen in years.
