The latest plan for the site brings housing, retail, and even a rooftop pickleball paradise to the long-abandoned ballpark, and honestly, it might be the first concept that seems plausible. After nearly two decades of waiting, we might finally be in the “something might actually happen now” era.

Commuters on I-270 got a surprise Monday night: a Highland cow named Marigold went rogue, shutting down the freeway for two hours. No one was hurt, and the cow now has a new home in West Virginia.
