Hello, Tuesday! Chelsea, here.
Josh Dalton is bringing a new Mediterranean restaurant to the Scioto Mile. It’s called Amara, and it’s built around the idea of meals meant to be shared. The menu draws from Dalton’s travels across the Mediterranean, with fresh breads, vegetables, and housemade dips. Dalton says he wants it to feel warm and unhurried, a place where people can sit together and really enjoy a meal. It’s opening this spring and we’ve got all of the details.
