Hello, Thursday! Chelsea here.
There’s just something about a rooftop bar that makes everything feel a little more magical. Maybe it’s the breeze, maybe it’s the view, but either way, I’m always down to check out a new rooftop spot when one opens in Columbus. That’s why I was especially excited to hear what’s coming to the top of the AC Hotel Downtown. A beloved spot is wrapping things up this summer, but something fresh (and seriously stunning) is on the way. With Mediterranean-inspired design, a modern American menu influenced by European flavors, and a focus on shareable small plates, the view kind of seems like it’s just a bonus.
