2019 Attendee Reminder

Hello Donut Fans!  

We are so excited to celebrate our favorite food with you this weekend at the first annual Columbus Donut Fest! We are the kind of people who like to be prepared, so we thought we would send you a few reminders, tips and updates so you are fully ready to have a great time this Sunday! We've been getting a few questions about event and ticket times and wanted to clear that up! The general admission event runs all day from 11am-5pm, so you may see that time range listed on your ticket. The event is broken down into 3 ticked times for capacity and your ticketed time is listed in the description of your ticket type that you purchased. The shorter time frame in the ticket type is the time your ticket is valid for. Speaking of tickets, there is no need to print yours out, we can scan the e-mail bar code at the event. If you lost your tickets - head over to this page and select "Click here for help" at the bottom of the page.The event will be held at The Vue, in the Brewery District downtown. When you arrive, there are several parking options including meters (Free on Sundays!) and two paid lots on the same street as the venue. The Vue is also on many bus lines, including the Cbus (which is free)!As you may know, the event is Sold Out, which is super exciting, but also means it is going to be a full house! You may encounter a line or two, but the fest is full of tons of fun activities so you shouldn't have to wait long for something to eat or experience! Make sure to check out the whole fest before hoping in the first line you see. We know it is going to be cold this weekend, so we will have some coat racks for you, but they will be unattended. Make sure you aren't planning on storing anything valuable in your coat pockets! There aren't too many rules, but we cannot allow any storage of other items near the coats (such as bags).
